In my opinion, I think we need to shut down the run and pressure Corral as much as we can. Kiffin will also likely throw a lot of passes behind the like of scrimmage (like us) and we will need our DBs to get off blocks and shut those plays down. Negative plays have been significant in shutting down Kiffin's offense.

In 2019, when heupel and Kiffin faced off at their previous teams, heupel dominated the game, winning 48-14. UCF recorded 16 TFLs and 5 sacks. FAU had 13 drives end without a TD (3 Field goal attempts on 4th down and 10 Punts)

Of those 13 stalled drives, 10 of them stalled when they suffered a sack or TFL on the final set of downs.

Against alabama two weeks ago, kiffin's team had 5 drives stall without a TD (3 Turnovers on downs and 2 Punts). Of those 5 stalled drives, 3 of them involved a rush attempt of 0 yards, and the other 2 suffered a TFL on the final set of downs.

Lucky for us, our defense leads the SEC in TFLs. Our run defense will be key to stalling drives for Ole Miss and that may be the difference maker if our offense can capitalize.
