Is maybe one of the most limiting qualifiers I've ever heard of.
Out of these 64 schools, how many viable candidates are there?
Subtract the number that have better jobs or equal jobs (20?).Out of these 64 schools, how many viable candidates are there?
From what's left...
Subtract the number that were recently hired and aren't leaving bc of contracts (10?)
From what's left...
Subtract the number that plan to retire from that school/are lifer AD's there (5?)...
From the remaining 29...
Subtract those who are failing and would appear to be a bad hire (15?)...
That leaves 14 candidates to call and out of those, which ones just aren't interested in being at/living in Tennessee?
It just seems like a bad qualifier to announce publicly. It really craps on up and comers like Blackburn.
