1) getting beat by Dooley while at Cincinnati
2) bringing the best staff in America from Cincinnati
2) total collapses in the 4th quarter in multiple games last year
3) getting rid of our S&C coach in the off season and not replacing him.
4) getting beat by Vandy and USCe while having the better teams.
5) lack of player development
6) how the whole Hurd situation was handled.
7) letting our LB situation get to the point where we had to play Jumper
8) Basically giving up about mid way in this years Alabama game.
