Ticket buying question.

Hey everyone. , just have a quick question that I'm asking for a friend. He is looking into buying some tickets but the person selling them is telling him he has to switch the tickets to his name. This guy is supposedly a season ticket holder , and says my buddy has to switch the name on the tickets. It's on the new All Vol website for tickets. Anyone ever heard of this ? Is it lagit?

Doesn't sound like it.. It's really not complicated.. Agree on price, hand over the tickets

i am a season ticket holder- this year the tickets are hard copy only, so there is no electronic transfer allowed (last year it was). When I sell tickets, we either meet and hand over tickets or I send next day air. I am not sure what this guy is telling your friend.....Of course, the buyer has to trust and pay me before i ship tickets...
