Tougher rebuild...Butch or Barnes?

I assume most would say Butch due to the instant impact a few key players can make in basketball. However, IMO UT has a bigger name in football. But, SEC more dominant in football than basketball. What say you?

After 1 year here their winning % was:

Barnes .441
Butch .417
