I know he was down our RB board a little bit but since he's local (to me) I was hoping he'd hold off on committing anywhere, at least until we figured out where we were going to be with the other RBs that were above him on our board. He's ranked the #1RB in Georgia, 5.9 4* on Rivals, and #121 on 247 Composite.
It's my understanding that UGA wasn't recruiting him real hard but all along he has indicated to many of his friends (my son knows him through a mutual friend) that he wasn't very interested in UGA. And he actually had some genuine interest in Tennessee, though it sounds like it we may not have been that high on him. I know he has a pretty good offer list.
It's still a long ways off until February, though. Anything can happen.
