I have seen almost every movie, television show and have read every book about Sherlock Holmes by Conon Doyle since I have been old enough to read. That is about 70 years. I have been very lucky to have found, what I think is the best SH. stories on television. It is a Russian series with English subtitles and there are only
eight productions. The reason for only eight is that the star of the show was killed and the show was so extremely popular on Russian Television that the producers could not find anyone to take the part that could satisfy the Russian people. The shows can only be found on Utube. Go to Russian Sherlock Holmes and then you will find the ones you want labeled 1 and on up to number 8. Believe me if you like Sherlock Holmes you will love these shows. Sorry, but I did say this post was OT.
