I gotta say how impressed I have been with this company. The quality of the service has been exceptional and his far it’s been an awesome UX with the app. Everything just works.
The dashboard of the app is simple but you can set/create really nice rules (example… all doors unlock in the case of a fire alarm).
All my Nests sync with it. Garage Doors sync flawlessly and are enrolled with Amazon Prime for garage drop off. Doorbells have the best cameras on the market. Night vision is better than Nest. The open/closed sensors are very well concealed.
Best part is that it all runs off cellular networks so no one can hack into it via Wi-Fi. Vivint has no access to videos, either. The homeowner is the only one to access in the cloud for past videos.
Anyhow. Highly recommend. Great value and user experience.
