Tennessee was once the proud home of many top athletics teams, from swimming & diving, track & field, baseball, mens and women basketball and football.
These days we are an afterthought in all of those realms.
The next AD will have to have high energy and not be afraid to step on some toes and upset the applecart in order to regain some relevance. The status quo has to be done away with.
