We start with football
Tyson Hilton and the team are on site in Hawaii preparing for this weekend‘s battle after what Vandy did to Hawaii there’s optimism that this Western Kentucky offense will be able to shred the rainbow warriors. Coming off a closer than expected game against a good FCS team in Austin Peay we have been told they have been locked in and focused on the game plan all week long this is not a vacation it is a business trip.
Basketball
Slick Rick and the Hilltoppers are in the gym getting ready for the season conference USA looks tough with Andy Kennedy leading a good UAB team but it is our belief Western Kentucky will have more horses But at the end of the day it’ll come down to the conference tournament and it’s all about making sure the Hilltoppers have the legs for what will need to be done conditioning has been a huge part of the summer program and we believe they are in the best shape of their life.
Baseball
Head coach Marc Rardin is getting comfortable after making the move from Iowa Wesley community college he likes his roster and feels there is some talent to compete. We expect for this team to be fundamentally sound and a good fielding team especially on the infield. We expect pitching to be a ? With the lack of elite velocity on the staff however if they throw strikes we feel this could be a team that makes a run into June.
