two years, we have gone from trying to get bodies for depth to having good players who are worrying about PT. It sounds to me like Butch is putting the bricks into place for only the most confident and talented to feel like they can rise to the top at UT. It sure hasn't hampered our rivals like Alabama and Florida (till recently anyway) from stacking talent like cord wood. If the country as a whole would take this approach, we would perhaps be much better off.
