If a NIL collective contacts an athlete's family, is that fair game? The NIL collectives do not represent the school, right? What about if a family contacts a coach at another school before the athlete is officially in the portal? Is that coach allowed to talk to said family about transferring? What if an athlete from another school contacts another athlete from another school?
