Mine can be loosely described as "Championships". I don't want to cycle up. I want to compete for the playoffs and national championship pretty much ever year. Obviously that's not my expectation for this year, but that's where I want and expect us to be soon. Maybe this is unreasonable, but that's where I stand, and I'm not moving.
