Was talking with a few recruiting nuts, like myself yesterday and the conversation went for late 80's to 90's up to its current postion. I was wondering what or if any of you had ideas that would make it better, easier ,or it's as good as it'll get.
What could be done to make recruiting easier and more accessible?
