What Defensive Formation Did We Keep Getting Burned In?

From what I could tell whenthingswejt downhill,we were playing press man coverage on the outside with one safety shaded to the strong side.

Did we switch to cover 2 at any point? Did we play much nickel or dime? Did this solve any of our issues?
