We learned that we have competent coaches. The play calling was good and players were generally in position. I was skeptical of Heupel and Banks, but both have been a pleasant surprise.
We got beat by a very good UF team, but we gave them hell for a half. I think we had the stats advantage in the 1st half. Things just seem different from the Dooley, Jones, and Pruitt era. If we can recruit and fill the rooster we should be fine.
Furthermore, UK, SCAR, Vandy and Mizzou are very beatable and that won't be bad considering all the changes and portal damage we have had to endure. We could still win 7 and that would be excellent all things considered.
