Why do our fans and AD expect that our coaches always have to be "up and comers"? I am by no means saying we should be arrogant and expect Shaka or Gregg to jump at the opportunity (which they won't), but we are a high revenue program in the SEC with one of the largest and passionate fanbases. Why must we keep our sights on hiring guys from mid-major programs with little experience? It blows my mind. I'm not saying they are duds, but the experienced guys are out there from larger programs who should appreciate a job like UT and our facilities.
