Which team was more talented? '98, '99, or '01?

The thread about the 2015 team possibly being as talented as the 1998 team got me thinking about other teams in our history. That '99 team was loaded & should have, IMO, repeated as National Champions. That '01 team was extremely talented & was one game away from playing in another National Title game (in which IMO we could've/would've gave Miami a lot better game than Nebraska did).
