Why does everyone assume we will have a bunch of blueshirts?

People were excited to discuss this last year. It was like we found some special loophole and we had several candidates who were eligible. After all of the discussion, we did not blueshirt a single recruit. My guess is we won't have any this year, either. We'll probably take 27-28 and have to figure out what to do with 2-3 guys. Blueshirting is a massive risk for us, because the player could accept a scholarship from any other school at any time between now and August and we'd be out of luck.
