Why would TN never hire a guy like Freeze?

I'm all for giving Pruitt every opportunity to succeed, but if the job did come open, why wouldn't TN hire a guy like that? Every time his name comes up, the general consensus is TN would never even consider it.

At the end of the day, it's about winning right? And Freeze has paid his dues.
