Why are the Vols having so hard of a time with in state players. Seemed like most of the top players in Tennessee are looking more at the of state schools. Also, I have several friends that wear other state jerseys, I usually tell them that they need to move to that or take that damn jersey OFF. That almost the way I feel about recruits. Am I wrong.
