Netflix is preparing a documentary on the Murdaugh scandals.

In the meantime as Alex rots in jail and new civil and criminal charges pile up against him and his cronies the story continues to unfold.. They are now looking into the death of the house keeper who died from a fall down the stairs after being tripped by dogs, according to the Murdaugh story. Alex has finally admitted to the court he swindled the family out of close to 1/2 million dollars in insurance claims collected he never told the family about. In John Ward phraseology, did he tell the family of the money, of course he did not.

There is forensic evidence (blood splattering on clothing of Alex worn on day of Maggie and Paul's murders one year ago ) but no charges have been filed. Alex is the only person of interest. There is no need as he is safely behind bars so this gives law enforcement more time to build the case. Just watch, that will be the biggest bombshell of the entire sordid mess.

Recently The State newspaper ran a lengthy 2 part series on the family history of bootlegging and drug dealing and how Buster Murdaugh skated free while others went to Federal prison. This was not a "Popcorn Sutton" operation, but a big time large scale operation--90,000 gallons over the period of the investigation.

This sorry family is seeing the chickens come home to roost after a century of corruption, power, and "legal" ;lawlessness.
