Reading all the predictions of the vol football team National Rankings. We will at least move up two spots to number 8 in the country. Speculations have us playing Clemson in the Orange Bowl. With this win we will get a good bowl game.
I will be watching the coaching of Milton, can they get him to control his throws with touch and accuracy. This is a mental aspect of his fundamentals, arm strength no question, he sees the receiver, but his accuracy is lacking. He stayed at Tennessee because of the coaches, it's time for both to step up.

Most successful rebuild programs keep their staffs intact until they win a title of some sort. Attrition hurt every staff we have had the last 15 years losing good coaches and the staffs got worse after them. Even back to Fulmer late in his years

It’s still early but so far he’s struggling.

Everyone knows it’s hot garbage right now. Especially the secondary. Everyone is talking about the recruiting class coming in this year/next year. Since when do freshmen really contribute on D in year one? Or do they? I just don’t see the D improving very much next year. Hopefully I’m wrong. Anyone with more knowledge on the situation explain like I’m 5 as to why it should be better without saying “experience.”

Tennessee football running back Dylan Sampson has been named the SEC's Freshman of the Week. He rushed for 131 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries against Vanderbilt.

Vols' Roman Harrison is the SEC Defensive Lineman of the Week. He had 2.5 tackles for loss and two sacks vs. the Commodores.

Hooker has earned it.

I didnt know you could play music while teams are trying to call plays and snap the ball. Crowd noise is one thing but I dont think Ive ever seen this.

Are they trying to cover their lack of fans? They were still playing over the pa with 4 seconds left in the play clock.
