we got this little starving rescue dog literally off the vet's killing table. Our daughter's friend went to get a dog she had reserved and got there a little early. As they went back to get him she saw this little dog with the meds already drawn up to be euthanized. She told them to stop and she would take it too. We had just lost a rescue cocker spaniel a month or two prior and our daughter was asked if we were ready for another dog. Long story not very short, we took him and he has been the best dog I have ever been around. If you have ever had a rescue you understand how much they love having someone love them. Well today we lost him at 16 years old. Irreplaceable so I don't think we will have another dog. As I said long story but we are really hurting tonight. Thanks for reading.
