It looks like we've done away with the days of signing 265 lb OTs, who can't help us until their Jr year...if ever. We're recruiting and signing grown ass men up front. What's even better is, we now have the luxury of redshirting them, instead of rushing them into action.

We are targeting DEs with real length. It appears that this staff considers the height floor for DEs to be 6'3". For too long, we'd fallen into the habit of signing DEs who were 6'0"-6'1". Man...I loved Parys Harralson, but think about how disruptive he could have been with his get-off, and about four additional inches of height?

WR size. With a few necessary exceptions, this staff has recruited really nice size at the WR position. It's nice to see a WR room dotted w/ dudes 6'-6'4".
