A great point was made last night from Jimmy Dykes

Pointed out how hard he coaches Grant (we saw him chewing his ass a couple times last night) and how it forces the other players to admit to themselves 'if our stud player can listen to that AC and get better from it, I better get in line'

I think that has some merit.
