It's been pretty much laid out that Butch coaches very hard, probably due to our lack of depth, he
had to coach true fresh. as hard as upper classmen.
I am far from any free ride & changing the culture is the only way to get UT back to contending for championships....but let's give the talented fresh. a bit of slack because too high of turnover will eventually bite us hard.
Secondly, they have change of home, friends, old girl friends, college academics & are treated to a degree like men as far as fb training/coaching that's a lot for anyone 18-19 yr. old.
