One consideration on hiring Fulmer is his relationship with the new Chancellor. I have followed Fulmer's career ever since his days as a lineman for the Vols. He has always seemed to be the man who will only do things his way, right or wrong. I think that is what got him into trouble at the end of his coaching career. Both parties better make sure they can co-exist before they hire him.
