App Notifications problem

I get notifications when someone visits Ga Tech or commits to Miami, but nothing regarding Tennessee. All I care about is Tennessee. Under settings, notifications, rivals, I have articles and forums off, under settings, notifications, tennessee, I have articles and forums on (GREEN). Iphone.

What is going on?!?!
