Austin Pope still Not Ranked at TE by Rivals

I was under the impression that Austin Pope had a really strong summer camp tour and would likely move up in the position rankings. I didnt expect him to be a 4star without playing his senior year, but at least thought he would be ranked at his position.

Was he discussed at all or any reason why he still isnt ranked?
