If he can cobble together a D that can win 3 of these next 4 games, he will go a long, long way to setting himself up extremely nicely to get a big boost in pay within a few years. His job definitely hasn't been made any easier by all these injuries, but considering what he did with Vandy talent and considering our DL talent.......he could get something done.
