With no new AD in place, does CBJ have to make these hires with the same amount of money he had in the coaching pool last year? Or can our lame duck AD raise the pool for him? It would just seem logical that if you are trying to upgrade your position coaches, you would need more money to pay out. Also, when we are able to add the additional position coach, per NCAA, that will give CBJ less money per spot if he only has the same set amount. I'm just afraid that our AD position we are in is going to make it unable for CBJ to upgrade his staff like he needs/wants unless there is a way or someone to raise the assistant coaching budget. Maybe Hart still has the power to do that. If not, it seems as if the university would have been a little more aggressive about making the AD hire. Thanks. Go Vols!!!
