Im curious IF a change is made with Hart, how does that affect the head coaches now in place at Tennessee, Butch and Barnes in particular? We all hear the "he wasn't this ADs guy" stuff.
Do one or both of them feel a bit uneasy with a new AD?
Would this be another negative recruiting pitch for our rivals?
Would one or both be consulted about a possible hire?
Would any of these questions matter at all when thinking about making a change or trying to sell Hart in staying if it were his decision to walk?
