Obviously Dobbs is the model citizen but we have a lot of kids that do the right things off the field and really care about winning- all this in addition to being talented players. I don't think you could always say that about Fulmer players even during our heyday.
It means something to the players and it is beyond obvious that they are completely bought into the coaching staff. That makes a huge difference and Butch doesn't get enough credit for it.
There is a lot more that goes into coaching than what coverage we run on 3rd and 7. Butch has created a culture where we have a whole locker full of team first guys who expect to win. Makes it fun to support this team
