This year. However, I would think that if next year we do not improve dramatically on defense we will probably get a new coach. Would suspect that he lets Martinez go and probably Thigpen based on his Linebacker recruiting. We scored plenty enough points to win 11 regular season games this year. If his hires do not pan out next year I would say that he is at the end of his rope. Our offensive positions improved all year. The line running backs wide receivers and Dobbs all got better. Our DB's LB's got worse. Our DL at the tackle position was decimated so I would not evaluate Stripling based on this season.
