Getting salty about the negativity and I think that's good! He needs to get off script a bit and this a good step in the right direction.
He is always going to try and point out the positive and at the ends of the day if we go to Sugar and win and finish around 10th, say what u want but it's a good year and is progression yet again.
The questions everyone has is does he need to improve the staff to take the next step and I think most everyone agrees that he does.
