Butch should be getting more credit for the strength coach hire IMO

We have been clamoring for a "big time" guy for what seems like years now.

Well he just hired a guy who was a head NFL strength coach for the last 15 something years and was voted top strength coach in the League voted by the 31 other head strength coaches.

He has lead the NFL combine bench press portion for years. This guy is big time and proven.

This isn't an up and comer or some one from Cincinnati. This is a bonfide NFL coach. If you don't produce in the league you will be out quickly.
