My IT guy whom I'm not going to bug anymore has set up a VPN. He had to set my cable modem to Bridge mode. Then install a Cisco Myraki that will allow my pc to work as a server of sorts. Not sure I have all the details right but if anyone can help explain why my TV is not working, that would be a big help. I don't really want to take this to TMB. They are ruthless but I'm at my wit's end.
