Caney Fork Fishing

Fished it this past weekend and it was pretty slow. Anything up with it this year? I usually get on it once a summer living out of state and it’s been better the last few years. Although I usually fish it a little earlier. August just a bad time? Didn’t seem like there were many trout in there.
