Chop Blocks should be treated like a a Targeting call

Review, confirm and eject. They are done with intent to injure. A targeting call can be just a football play but the kid is ejected. A chop block is taught and I would be ok with a suspension for the position coach as he is the one who taught it. There is no place in football for this type of block.

Bama was called for one yesterday, but they ran the same scheme the play before and weren't called for it.
