I'm not convinced Clemson will win this game. Clemson is still loaded on offense with the best QB in the country, but Clemson also only returned 4 starters on defense this season. Besides the Miami game Clemson struggled on the road last season and Auburn will be arguably tougher then any other place they have to play in their regular season. Auburn possibly has more talent on D then anyone Clemson will play besides FSU and could keep Watson in check forcing Clemson to throw the ball. Who knows what Auburn will look like on offense, but if they are able to sustain drives and put up points this should be a very close game IMO and Auburn could pull off the upset.
I would not be shocked at all if we see John Franklin III out there sometime pretty early in this game if Auburn's offense struggles. Auburn certainly has the talent to play toe to toe with Clemson if they can put it all together and after the last 5 years of Auburn football its hard telling what team shows up this season. Auburn could win 10 games or not make a bowl game neither one of those would surprise me.
