This will be the first chance since Fulmer to see our maxims actually being enforced. I can only really speak for high school level but watching the Quarles and Rankins and teams going against them so here goes. When you play them you know you are going to have to drive the long field consistently and limit mistakes, They play great special teams and always flip field position on you. They keep pressure on you to make mistakes then make you pay. Sound familiar ? Bama style. Point is Pruitt knows he’s outgunned but play sound disciplined ball and not give short field we will have our chances. With Butch they were just words, Now they are back to fundamentals for winning football. Will this always work out ? No , But it’s a lot more fun to watch.. JMO here.
