I have a house valued at around $350,000 and during extremely heavy rains such as this past week, water does get into the crawl space. It is enough that it requires pumping out. I have been here for just over 8 years and there are no mold issues. Is it worth the cost of full encapsulation or would simply installing the drain system be enough. I plan to use AFS to complete the work. Opinions appreciated.
