anyone hear Daniel on sports talk discussing the offensive line? I enjoy listening to his insight and stories.
I will paraphrase here: talked about how he would not put all the offensive line issues on Mahoney because he believes Mahoney was not allowed to play his preferred 5 starting the season. Stated once he was allowed to you started to see continuity and progression and then injuries hit.
Which made me wonder why Mahoney would be overruled, if true. Recruiting promises? Afraid a player would leave? Placating parents? I do remember Butch making an odd statement regarding parents involvement. No idea who he was referring to but hearing Daniels thoughts made me wonder.
