I used to work for Red Bull a few years ago. Red Bull made up like 80% of the market share on energy drinks at the time, which is ridiculous. Loved them, but drank way too many. When I stopped working for them I switched to Rock Star because it's half the price, twice the quantity, twice the caffeine. After a few years I'm just a straight up 1-2 cups of morning coffee and I'm good. If I'm having a rough day or just completely drained I will go for a small Red Bull or 5 hour energy shot in the afternoon. Now I just try to put better stuff in my body for fuel & energy, but sometimes still need a little kick.
