In reading between the lines of articles and seeing the pictures of Richmond, it seems that he is "right there" with Kendrick at LT, but that he still needs to work on his strength.
I hope if Kendrick, the senior, wins the job that Richmond stays patient and does not get frustrated. He is our future at LT, for sure. But he's still only 19 years old competing against a 22 yr old.
