Anyone ever gotten to the point (maybe its more intake) that they pretty much eat whatever and lose weight? I got sick 3 weeks ago and ate like crap the whole time (granted that is compared to how I ate prior). I gained 2lbs. I have dropped 5 in the last few days getting back on it.
I think it has to do with cutting out crappy carbs as well as lower calories BUT I also take a 45 minute HIIT class 1-2 times a week that I think sends my metabolism shooting up. I had previously run 20 miles a week but now I have backed down to 12-14 with one class (typical) or 8 or so with 2 classes.
Do you think my body is responding because it is changing up my workouts and not doing the same long run, medium run and two short runs????
Just curious. I can get more specific if anyone wants to talk health and nutrition.
