I will start by saying after we fired Butch I was done with this hiring and firing every few years. I even said on here it was time to hire a coach and give him 5-6 years to turn things around.
However, I do think a coach can still perform poorly enough to where you know it’s time after a few years. I didn’t expect him to beat Florida, Georgia, or Bama in 3 years. I do think we can expect a coach to not lose games by an average of 25 points. I do think we can expect not to experience double digit losses to Vandy, UK, Missouri, Georgia St. Those are minimum expectations to keep your job.
What has anyone seen to think this guy is a good head football coach?
