For those with understanding of the TN offense, a question......

maybe I am missing it, but I don't see the Slant pattern used very often in this offense. With the larger WRs Tennessee recruits, this would seem to be a no brainer, especially against man, as WRs should have no problem getting inside the defender. I know man will be less prevalent against a mobile QB, but even against the zone, a well timed slant pattern can be very successful.

So, is the slant in the offense and I am not seeing it, or is there a good reason why it is not used very often?
