I would really like to know what Butch thinks about Byrd. The kid looks like a potential star and yet he's done almost nothing this year to help this team. And I don't think that's Tyler's fault. If this kid was on my team I would have been doing everything I could to find out where he could best help the team and get him out there sooner rather than later. He seems like the sort of player who could have come in and contributed substantive from day one, esp with the ungodly rash of injuries, and yet the staff is apparently unsure whether he may be trusted on kickoff returns. I really, really wish this kid was playing corner and returns, and just moonlighting on offense. Hard to see how there could be any reasonable justification for how little he's been used given how the staff thinks he's going to be a star and potential 1st rounder.
